I decided to just hang out for a few minutes this morning before I get to work for the day. I have to clean my room before my cousin gets here. I was doing quite well on keeping up with it, but I have a LOT of laundry to put away. My toilet is leaking too. I discovered it last night when I stepped on a soggy rug. Hopefully it doesn't leak into Katie's room. When my parent's toilet was leaking last year, it ran down the wall into my room and made for a not so lovely mess. I am hoping my parents call one of the GREAT plumbers at Tonna or come down(there are some advantages of owning an HVACP business) or try to fix it themselves. I certainly don't know how to do that! I'd like to get to the Macy's One Day Sale as well! There wasn't anything in particular I need, but its always fun to browse because you never know what kind of deal you can find! Last week, I found a peacoat-ish jacket for 12.99! I love it because its short and not long like my formal peacoat. That one can get SO heavy so I never like to wear it except for like church.
Holly is flying in tonight. She couldn't come straight into Rochester like originally planned. All the flights from Chicago to Rochester were already cancelled last night and many from Dallas/Ft. Worth to Chicago were also cancelled. So, I shall be making the trek up to the cities tonight to get her from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. We live far enough north of Rochester that to drive down to the Rochester Airport its about 35 minutes. MSP is about an hour 10! It isn't that big of a difference it seems. Regardless of having to drive a bit further to get her, I am excited. She was supposed to be here the weekend after Christmas but had to delay her trip. I haven't seen her since I was in Texas in July. Hopefully it will be a fun couple of days!
